Minimum villa rental or pool heat is seven days.

If the villa is required for any number of nights above the minimum rental of seven nights simply devide the weekly rate by seven then multiply by the required nights.

Florida sales and tourism tax is currently 12% of the total charges and is included in the above costs.

£150 deposit secures your holiday dates, balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
